Hi, my name is Satish. I am looking out to sell our property In a society n move to some other cheaper house. I came to know about this pagdi system from my friends. I want some more information about this type of property and difference between them & society property. I have googled and even saw some post in this website but unfortunately none of them explains what exactly the system is and it's legal validity.
Please help me with the same b where to find such pagdi houses in Mumbai suburbs. Your input will be highly appreciated.
