What is pii rate

Hi Exports,

When I went last time to court my wife does not present infront of the court. Judge ordered the next date. I casually spoke to the wife lawyer, what happend to her why she not come.

At that time, he told "You are increasing the PII rate" and skipped to other maters. I did not asked him what is PII.

Could you please help me what is PII rate.
