what is power of officiating head of a organisation

What is the power of officiating head of a organisation.

Is officiating head enjoy the same status as the real head.

If yes then who is responsible for the bad act done against him.

if no, can he will sue for this act

It all depends on the laws governing the organizations, and there is alwys a distinct power between officiating and real head of the organozations.

thanks for your reply. Kindly let me know that officiating person have the power to frame new law in the absence of real head. who frame the law relating to power of officiating head, if it is part of central govt. organisation

Officiating head has no power to frame new law/regulations at par with the real head. such officiating person can only perform only urgent ruitine matters.
