Hi All - I had filed a divorce case on the grounds of mental cruelty. The arguments had been completed and proofs to the effect have been submitted. Although the judge has confirmed and satisfied that mental cruelty has been meted out to me, the judge has asked us to appear for special counseling. I understand what is general/marital counseling that happens initially, but I do not have a clue about special counseling. Can the learned members shed some light on this type of counseling, the number of sittings, or any other information that will prove helpful?
