what is the defination of Property under the criminal law?

can section 452 IPC be made in a matter related to a altercation in a garment store ,

what shall be the definition of house tracepass in a case where the property is not a house

Thank you for asking this question

Property is not defined , it is a Bundle of Interest.

As you have said someone has forcefully entered to your shop, So you can lodge a FIR under section 441 of IPC (Criminal trespassing) and while registering FIR do one thing to make your case strong gather some witnesses who have seen that person , who wrongly entered the premises of yours.

And Under section447of IPC defines Punishment of such an offence upto 3 months Imprisonment or with fine which can extend to 500 Rupees, or with both.
