"Wife cannot be simply evicted from home after divorce- SC"
Dear experts,
Could you please elaborate under what circumstances and facts the above biased judgement was passed by the SC. If the wife is forcefully occupying the house of the husband even after divorce then what is the solution? What does divorce mean then?
Is it a final judgement for all illegal greedy divorced wives or it defers from case to case ? What will be the procedure to to evict her from the the house of the husband?
