What is the section for visitation right for child

Under which section and Act is applicable for applying for child visitation right for father?

You can apply for interim visitation rights either under Section 26 of Hindu Marriage Act (if divorce case is pending), or under Section 12 of Guardians and Wards Act (if child custody case is pending).
