Any idea what do you mean by T.T land? I have been hearing this when looking for a farm land in the malnad belt.
Is it is the same as Kharab land and what exactly is Kharab land...
Can a T.T land or Kharab land be purchased? I mean does it actually belong to the current owner... is that sometihng that can be registered?
Also please guide me with a check list to be considered when trying to buy a farm land (only from legal considerations of owning the property).
