What next after talks fails at mediation centre???

The talks at the mediation centre have failed on 17th September 2011 and the mediation centre have referred the case back to the Allahabad High Court. The AHC had granted stay order against proceedings in a case under sec. 498(A). Now what will be the effect of it ?

How far is it true that the AHC refers the cases again to the mediation centre for mediation on the basis of merits where possibilities for concilliations are enough....???

After Mediation the case will be listed in HC for disposal you can keep checking the dates by clicking on 'Status reports' on the Allahabad HC site.

The HC will dispose the case on date of listing you can seek same day bail hearing from HC. The proceedings will be re-directed to trial court. No way the case will be re- referred to mediation.
