What sections should be applicable for this problem

our ancestral property was divided between three parties , there is one common passagefor three parties  for entry exit of the three separate houses, but one party and and his tenants constantly create an obstruction by parking forcibly  a car or goods vehicles in our common entry exit passage and claiming that heis also shareholder of this common passage ,they can do that ,

But when we verbally requested them plz dont create any problem and please stop to park the car and other vehicles in this common passage, they justusing various slang, and also giving life threat to us and said that whereever i can go , no one can do anything to stop this ,

Even after that they we lodge a complain to our local police station about this threat and also their forcibly parking the car in the  common entry exit passage , after that an investigating officer come to our place to investigate about this matter then they behave vigilantly with that officer and said they dont move the car and must park the car , ans also use various slangs and wrong alligation about that honet officer ,make a chaotic  situation with ouytsiders and other tenants of that accused lanlord  and also make permisssion letter from his landlord  to park the car in this common passage ,and also clain he has very good connection with various mp and mlas and also top most police officers , so he can do nothing in this case

My question is that

1.is any  shareholder give this kind of permission to his tenant

2.is any one can make any obstruction in the entry exit passage of the house

3.is they can bahve like this with other shareholders and also witha public servant

What sections applicable what steps should we taken

Answers to your  all the  three  issues  are in the negative , file  a  suit in the  competent  civil court   for  like declaration     and injunction
