What shall the remaining sibblings do?

If there is a  case where parents buy a premises on one childs name when they actually have 4 children what happens for the remaining 3,what does they get .As we all know in todays generation it is very difficult to survive and parents being partial to one and forgetting the other is a very sad thing.I want to know if such a thing happen can the remaining 3 challenge if there is a need.

No. they cannot challenge. That is parents wish. It is their right to decide on whose name the premises to be taken. You cannot  deprieve their rights. The money consideration is by parents. Why other children bother. Do not depend upon parents property, instead love prevails on parents and try to get as a gift from the parents. But do not anticipate the property from them with force.
