sir/madam,
1) can the claim of wife,(respondent) for the maintainence u/s 24 ends automatically if the petitioner husband withdraws case filed u/s 9.
2) do the contents of statement filed by husband at the time of withdrawing the case in family court is not shown or cant be known by the other party, since nothing is mentioned in the order. how can we know the basis or reason for the withdrawal.
3) how can i pursue my case further in this regard.
plz help.....

1) if maintenance brought against sec 9 prayer. then after withdraw of sec 9 petition,the said maintenance petition will automatically comes to an end. but she can pray again for the maintenance by diffrent petition even on the same ground.
2) a cleaver person either advocate or respondent can get the certified copy of the petition or may be seen the petition by inspection. it is within the easy reach of the respondent.
3) what is your problem? do you want divorce or rcr?
