Company has siged with me one year bond, one year is over, I asked to give back my blank check, but HR refusing to give it back.
HR person says it will be given back to you when you will leave company. Is there any law company can take blank check for security? what is time period for that ?

It is a blank cheque and it could be used agaisnt you at any time.If at all you severed the relationship with the company, inform the banker that you have lost the cheque to stop payment.
