What to do in such a case?

If a person has a estate property in his/her name and he/she cannot move from bed so in such a case how can a property be transferred. If it is a question of gift then what if society doesn't give NOC.

What to do in such a case?

Are there any other options to transfer and do not let others know.

Pls experts reply fast.

The sub reigstrar WILL and Must come home to get the signature if the person is bedridden.

 

if the socitey is not NOC, then the BYE LAws must be examined. Normally it is not mandaory for socitey NOC to create third party rights.
