Hi,
We are suffering a false case against us 498a/304b/306.Chargesheet has been filed in court for 498a/306.
After that a supplementary c/s filed by I.O for adding sec 304b, but no new document has enclosed with c/s. Only this word is added by the I.O that after filing c/s some evidence collected, due to this after consulting my senior officers I am giving this for adding sec 304b.
We have received c/s copy from court, with c/s we received P.M report, Forensic report, 161 statements, after that we had given a application for giving us 164 witness statement recorded by court & we received this. Now case is going to commit on next date.
My query is---
1. What type of papers we demand from court for preparing our case.
2. All statement (161,164) in Bangla Langugage,can we give a petition to the court for providing in English because we don’t know Bangla.
3. Supp c/s filed by I.O is write as per law or wrong in this.
Please assist me.
