My brother is fighting against the false 498a case. We are still a bit confused which path we sud focus intensely
We have the medical report which was misused by the girl side to lodge the FIR so shud we focus on quashing the FIR in high court while Mediation is still going and girl didn't appear for the 1st date
or
else we proceed for bail first, where the lawyer will take a very big money from us?
Which path would be less difficult and less costly or any other point of view.
