What will happen if marry immediately after exparte divorce

Hi All, If wife got exparte divorce from court and immediately husband married to another girl. Is this marriage valid? Please advise. Thanks to all.

submit to the court photographs that you have re married.Get your lawyer advice on this.The court may impose a fine.

if husband solemnised his second marriage immediately after obtaining ex parte decree by her wife as she sought for that , husbands second marriage is legally valid .

Hi Thanks for quick response.How many days it wil take to collect expartee order copy from court ? same day we can collect or how many days it will take to get that expartee order copy? .Please advise.

yes,though the mandatory period to wait is 90 days for the opp party to challenge the exparte.Keeping the marriage a low key affair is a good option.The party need to submit to the court that he has remarried with photographs and marriage certificate.

Hi, Here wife filed divorce and got exparte divorce and other party is husband. husband is not appealing here and married immidiately after expartee divorce..
