Dear Sir/Madam,
When Wife complaints 498a against husband on which situation it will positive to men,
1. If wife given statement that I was given dowry?
2. If Wife given statement that Husband has asked dowry but i am not given?
Kindly advice me in this regards,
Also if any other situation Exists other than this kindly guide me,

If wife is threatening you for 498A then immediate file a NC (Non Cognizable) in your local Police Station against her and in-laws. She can file 498A immediately.

Did you go through each of my posts of the above links?
The prima facies of point 1 & 2 is chargeable as per Cluse B of IPC 498A.
Please file NC immediately against them.
