Where should i file execution petition for recovery of maint

dear esteemed lawyers and advocates,

once again i knock y our door. i have been granted 30k by the family court as maintenence. but my husband has filed a case for revision of maintenance in the high court. inpsite of a lapse of 2 years, the case is still in the pre admission stage.

one esteemed lawyer suggested that i file execution petition for recovery of maintenance amount.

where should I file execution petition for recovery of maintenance amoount . should it be in the high court or family court?

please advice

If no stay has been granted by the revisional Court. Family Court of your area would levy execution on your husband by either attaching his salary/property, or sending him to jail in case of contumacious refusal to pay.
