Brief history of my case:
Before 2.5 years ago, my Brother in Law sent an email to 20 senior level officers of my Department against me (contents of the email was extreme defamatory and related to IPC 498a, DV etc.)
My question is:
1. Where I can file the complaint u/s 66A of IT Act, 2000? Can it be as private complaint (at Session's Court) or Cyber Cell or somewhere else ?
2. What is the limitation for it?

A complaint u/s 66 of IT Act 2000 may be lodged with the cyber cell of the local police station,generally there is no limitation but it is advised to lodge it immediately at the earliest.

i have one question, in my facebook account one boy post a msg to threatening me in msg box, after saw his profile he is doing upsc preparation but fake profile its looks. from last 2-3 month he make different profile and msg me.
i want to fill case on 302 IPC and 66A IT act, 2000 can i do ???
