Whether memory card is an evidence in a criminal case

sir,
Hon'ble supreme court is considering the question of that a memory card can be used as an evidence in a criminal case which is in connection with sensational women atrocity case against a Malayalam famous film star Dileep.
There is atpresant a supreme court verdict in this regard, ie, electronics device may be used as an supplementary evidence.
my doubt is that whether any possibility to say by supreme court not to consider memory card as an evidence in spite of the above order.
if it is so ordered, can we challenge the matter filing a seperate case even if we are not a party of the case.

In my understanding, the metter under consideration in Supreme Court is whether the accused needs to be provided with the extract or copy of the information contained in the Memory Card and not whether the Memory Card could be used as evidence.

it is correct sir.
but the matter whether memory card can be used as evidence is also raised by the accused and now that too is the matter of consideration of supreme court.
