Dear Experts,
We are aware that the notice period from both employer and employee side should be equal. Now one employer prefers to have different notice periods, ie two months for the employee and one month for the employer. Now my question is
1. Whether this diffential Notice Period is legally right?
2. What is the legal justification for equal notice period?
3. Any Judgement to substantiate, the case for equal notice period, available?
