Whether permission required under sec 107 of mcs act

I have one querry related to the whether permission required for the continuity of ULP complaint before labour law. The complainant filed the complaint before labour court for reistatement and backwages. after filing of the complaint the  opponent bank goes into liquidation and govenment appointed liquidator. so my querry that whether permission required to continue the complaint before labour court under sec 107 of mcs act?

so any legal provision?

Section 107 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960 covers a few areas, including:

This section prevents civil courts from taking on matters related to a society's dissolution or winding up, unless the Act specifically allows it.

After a winding up order is issued, no legal proceedings or suits can be filed against the society or liquidator, except with the Registrar's permission and on their terms
