whether signature needed on petition

Dear experts Petition for transfer was presented b my lawyer in Karnataka high court without showing to me. I have not signed it. But before itself my signature was taken on verifying affidavit. Kindly let me know if petition is valid still? It contains complete false information which was not shown to me.
