I plan to use spy cam inside police station to collect video/audio evidence of the police officer misbehaving with the petitioner and not acting upont the petitione saying unnecessary reasons. So, is it a punishable offence? If I release the video in public, ie. social media like facebook, can they take any action against me? If yes, under which section and what would be the maximum punishment?
