Which approach is correct

Hi All,

in 1985 year  A and B got 64 Cents joint registered land from his father .in 1989 A and B sold 20 cents to P1  after that B is expired  .Please  see the below transactions done from A and B family(C is B husband)

From the above transaction A has sold his quota (32 cents) ,B family have remaining 12 cents in that land .some miscommunication  B family given lawyer notice to every transaction holders (P1 to P8)

then Vendee P2 and P3 kept false case (harassing and abusing  P2 and P3 Daughters) against B family. Even though this is joint property(A and B)  P2 and P3 is done his transactions with A only, B family raised this questions so P2 and P3 kept false case in the police station they are not allowing to do survey to find exact remaining place in that place to B family.

 

Now my questions are

 

1)B family wants to praise the local court to do govt survey , protect the land from illegal occupied persons and protection from police team to go that place

 

2)Before expired in 2000 year  C (on behalf B) and his family they did sale agreement 6 cents to X (Cousin of A and B family)from his remaining land(12 cents),after X was approached so many times (X was outside India) B family failed to do registration to X  , after 2007 X approached B family

they ready to register that land they extended agreement taken some amount from X ,B family ready to do but above P2 and P3 not allowing survey that land where is that exact remaining place B family does not know ,now X approached to lawyer to keep Cheating and Criminal case against B family

now lawyer is giving suggestion to B family accept the taken amount in the court from X and praise the court to ready to register that land but illegal persons are not  allowing survey the land so give me the order for survey do justice for X ,It’s easy  compared to praise for applying survey  B Family agreed in the court amount taken from X they are interested to do land registration but some illegal persons are not allowing in the site

for the justification of B Family(having 12 cents in that land they need Lad survey and police protection) and X(given amount to B Family purchase 6 cents in that land) which way is correct (Praise the Court to give directions for Survey that Land  and protect from illegal persons OR accept the cheating case and praise the directions for to survey ?)  plz give me right approach
