This is happened on 29th/30th of June.,2013..... in a small village in , AP.
4 guys raped, killed a married women(belongs to schedule caste) and dumped the dead-body in a well {some says the 4 had an affair with that married women ,anyway it's immaterial here }
A guy "AB" (he is also belongs to schedule caste ) who want to contest in panchayat elections in this month , filed a case against those 4 guys , "AH" got support from a politician , The politician told to the Police do whatever he(AB) says to do
so police arrested those 4 and torture them using red chili etc .. until they agreed add 3 names in FIR/statement (including my brother in law-have no relation with the victim/ accuses)
FACT: The AB guy , politician, polices taking advantage of law, power
What are options available for my brother-in-law to " payback "
He was arrested and kept in jail for 4 days in first quarter of this year during the society election time, the ruling party added 300+ ineligible candidates , so he lost in that election , later he quit the politics and doing contact job
