I heard that there was a I T law proposed i.e. if somone purchased a immovable property like land, flat then he has to show the value of property equal to value valued by state gov. for stamp duty purpose. sir, is this type of law is actualy proposed, if proposed is it passed or not ?
Sir, if someone not show in his IT return the same value as taken for stamp duty purpose then what will be consequences ?
