Who gets the property and how much share?

i m a 30 years old lady married and have a daughter of 3 years of age.

My father in law owns no properties at all.after me and my huband (nri)  married ,my husband bought a flat.and for buying this flat he gave power of attorney to my father in law which he still has for past 1 and half year, i mean the power of attorney in his name has not been cancelled after the procedures.

I would like to know that can he sell my husbands property, without notifying him at all, legally? if yes do we get the amount of sale or it is just onto his genuinity?

My mother and father in law are alive and my husband has 3 brothers so if any thing happens to my husband who will get the property legally?- my mother and father in law, my daughter or me? and if my mother in law or father in law gets any share from his property can my husbands brothers claim their rights onto their share after my in laws have deceased or that share goes back to me or my daughter?

Your husband gave power of attorney to purchase property.

Does the power include any clause to sale the property?

If yes, your husband can cancel the power at any time.
