Who has to prove the false 498a? Please help..

Hello All,

I have been charged with 498a 313 and 307

Please tell me, after a wife has filed a false 498a.Giving all the statements in the FIR.

How will i prove that all the allegations are false.?

How will my wife prove all allegations are true?

Do i have to provide any evidence or proof?

I do not have any proof as i have not taken any dowry at all nor for the 307 as i never even thought of killing her and also for 313, i wanted my baby very much .But she has aborted and filed the case on me.

Since i do not have any proofs , i am tensed as to what i have to do.?

Please help

onus of proving the allegations on the complainant. u need not worry at all.

Dear dirdz reddy,

At the time of trial only..u have to submit your evidence... these allegations are false..These offences are conzignable, you have to wait till your case came for trail..

A lot of factors have to be consider in trail.. her statements corabarate with other evidence. you have to rebut their evience.. and establish your version.. don't worry... she has to prove her version.

Dear, considering the mal practice & baseless allegation inducted by wife on husband under section 498A, the government is seriously coming out with an amendment in this regard. Please don’t worry.
