Who makes the bill of exchange in award of MACT?

In MACT Award, is it the Insurer or the Government in case of Claim against the Government, who issue the Bill of Exchange to the payee. Is there any provisions in Law that provides that the MACT that makes the award should issue the Bill of exchange to the claimant?

Normally the amount is deposited in court to the credit of the petition. A person who is entitled to receive the same as per the award has to file an application for payment out of the amount as per the award.

Mr. Y Prakash is right. when insurer is held liable , he has to deposit the award amount . in specific cases the court makes provision for deposit and withrawl of amount. Rules may vary statewise.
