Who pays the court fees

My uncle's legal heir has filed for a probate in the Bombay High court.  Although the property  own is not mentioned in the will, he has mentioned the pproperty in my possession and which is in my name also in the schedule for [robate.  When I filed a caveat and objected to this inclusion, the judge during admission hearing asked the testamentary petition to be converted to a suit.

My question is the court fees now applicable will be one half of the advalorem value.  Will the petitioner pay this fees or will I as a respondent because of the objection will have to pay the court fee

It is for the plaintiff to pay the required court fees.
