Perjury i.e. lies in affidavit.
So, should case be on:
1) Individual who signed affidavit.
2) Opposite party i.e. entire group.
3) Can lower court that blindly (Yes, blindly. Yes, v.v.v.v.hurriedly accepted) also be held responsible?
Is it IPC 191, 192, 193, 196, 199, 200 or 203 on the individual/ party?
Can IPC 197 be invoked on lower court?
