why dont we adopt human rights in our country?

Don't say that we have already implemented it. Reality is that, there is  no human rights in our country. If we look into other countries, they have implemented human rights very well. You can come to know of it if you had travelled to other countries. Anybody can walk in to a police station for any enquiry. But Indian police think that they are the rulers of our country and we wont get better result. Please try to do something, stop it before India  becomes extinct.

are you aware of the Part III of the Constitution of India which speaks about the Fundamental Rights?

there is a Human Rights Act, 1993 fully applicable in India.

one must know how to get the rights enforced.

RESEPECTED SIR,

HUMAN RIGHTS ARE THE RIGHTS GIVEN TO THE CITIZEN OF A PARTICULAR NATION BY THE CONCERNED COUNTRY. YES, WE POSSESSED IT UNDER CHAPTER-III OF OUR CONSTITUTION AS FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS. THE ONLY THING IS, WE HAVE TO SAFEGAURD IT.

POLICE IS THE PROTECTOR FOR LAW AND SECONDLY THEY TAKE THE HUMAN RIGHTS IN THEIR CONSIDERATION. IF WE ARE ENOUGH AWARE OF OUR HUMAN RIGHTS & AT THE SAME TIME THE OBLIGATIONS, IT IS NO NEED TO GO FOR A POLICE AND IF THE CIRCUMSTANCES MADE A PERSON FOR HELP OF A POLICE, SURELY HE CAN GET THOSE AS HE HAS BEEN AWARE OF HIS RIGHTS.

THE ONLY DEMIRIT WE HAD, IS INDIANS HAVE NOT POSSESSED THE EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUNDS COMPARED TO THE REST OF THE WESTERN COUNTRIES.

NOTE: OUR CONSTITUTIONAL LA WALSO SAYS THAT INDIA IS NOT A POLIE STATE, IT IS A WELFARE STATE.
