As I know there many brilliant students who want to become a successful practicing lawyer but due to financial critics they have to be go on work. But in India one who pursued LLB degree by distant course can't get BCoI's license to practice.
what I am saying that, there are certain professional courses, for example CA where there is No regular colleges for study of CA course but one who study CA has to go for 3 years practical training under a CA.
In the same way what can bar council of India not fix some such rules on correspondence LLB degree holder.
