This question might sound very funny, foolish or absurd, but just out of curiousity, wanted to ask, the as per the meaning of sec 125 for maintainence whoever neglects or wilfully neglects the spouse, the other is eligible for maintainance. so i was wondering why not include the name of the govt or the prime minister in this section also.
since the large population of the country is also being wilfully neglected and are not able to feed themselves on their own, then why not include the PM in the sec 125 case and make him eligible to pay maintainence to each and every citizen of india who is not able to maintain his or herself. as the country is earning back in taxes, it can give whatever it can in monthly periodical payments to each and every citizen to maintain his or herself.
since this absurd and stupid law of 125 blindly gives away money to earning and able bodied women and make them parasites feeding on the blood of their own husbands. then why cant the prime minister feed the population as they are also citizens of the country and they have a right to maintainence as well
