Could any one please tell me under what legal provision the use of Stamp Papers are mandated with regard to the written contract? In other words, can anyone tell me if the usage of Stamp Papers are mandatory in case of executing a wrtitten contract i.e is a contract signd on a normal paper hold the same judicial value as that executed on a Stamp Paper?
