Why victims do not complaint against corruption

Q, why victims do not complaint against corruption: Ans. For all have sinned and come short of the Glory of God. I mean the victims are also corupted that is why they dont complaint.

Definetly there is some thing wrong with the person not complaining, who donot dare to speak "a spade a spade" 

The person offer corruption usually get some special benefit, quickly and illegally. 

If he go thru procedure, it delay his objectives, and paying is probably cheaper than waiting to get in propr way.

Majority of Land & Property disputes are settled out of court: Only Money, No justice.  Also see 498a? See 138?  

Majority of Divorce cases get solved under compromise out of court. Only Money

In Andheri Court, Mumbai To get True Copy, the Court Xerox was not working & under repair for a yerar!

You have to either bribe the peon, and clerk, get Doc out, get Xerox & get it. 

Only Officially, you have to wait for months!

What will you do?? 

The payer is helpless. Regular Procedure don't work, unless the entire machinery work in health and proper manner. Police will beat merciless, decreasing his life by many years, and suffering, If you pay, they treat accused like king! what will you [if accused,  or his mother, prefer] 

What it s if not corruption? because they know, Legal Procedure neither deliver justice, nor  till they are alive, and the Life is short. They cannot bribe god to give them more 120 years to solve their problem in legal way, so they go out of way, pay  & solve their problem . 

You voluntarily pay, to get favour, who will complain??  You never his favour again and again.

If people accept the Religious, Duty bound, Clean and Honest way of Living, with Dharma & Niti, can turn this word to heaven!.

People want to  quickly become rich, Without work, by cheating  by bribe, by corruption, by harassing others, , and in retaliation, harassed themselves. ,

Sorry state of affairs, 

coz they find an easier way to resolve a problem by giving some money. and for stading against coruption is a long and hard process!! Obviously, y they will choose a difficult way? without any good reason!! isn't it?
