Widhrawl of case from CAW cell against wife unappearence

Just wanted to know can a husband appeal in CAW cell to OIC to widhraw the case that is filed by her wife, though her wife dosent appear as oftenly during the councelling dates. Till how long can one wait before he can put an application for the widhrawl of the case if he has the rights too.

@Amit

Only that person who has filed the case, has the right to withdraw. As per the normal setting, female files the case in CAW Cell. so only she can withdraw the case and the husband cannot do anything about it.

Having said this, you have a right against harrassment. If the complainant is not regular, you should give a written request to ensure the presence of the complainant. If the local police does not act on your complaint, then you can approach higher official like SP or ACP/DCP.
