Sir,
i am a widow my father in law had 2 son's (both are dide). elder son has 2 sons and and young son (my husband) has 1 daughter.
my father in low(self made property) dide 2 years back. In will he gave 95 percent of property to his 2 grand childrens and almost nothing to me and my child(miner) .
can me or my daughter have any rights in his self made willed property?
if me or my daughter get, how much percent of property we could get ?
desperately i need your advice plz help me.
