Dear Guys
Time has come for me to take an extreame Step as I cannot live everyday under fear and claustrophobhia. I just want to ask a last question. In case i die, can my wife claim her share in my mothers property, Note I dont have a house of my own.
My and My Parents concern are as below
1. In case i get my share, They (my ILs) might ask me to deposit the entire amount to my wife name OR TAKE a House in her name
2. Second concern is will i be kicked out as they have really threatend to use their HI FI contacts, I fear that they might take away the Money and Kick me out by falsely implicating me.
All this is possible only if i am alive.
I am ready to sacrifice my Life to save my house as my parents didnt get me married to see me in a such a situation and I cant see them in Stress.
A Brief History of my Inlaws
All lady members consisting of my wife, her sister, Her mother and Granny. Mother is a Divorcee. They Stay in Plush locality in Mumbai but Middle class only and we are from Suburbs.
