Dear sir/madam,
iam victim of dv after 22 years of marriage.my wife and my two daughters where iam paying maintenence where they are staying in our heridty pagdi house and not letting me stay with them.Now iam wooried about that she might sale the our house to landord where landord and my wife are served notice of the legal hierers of the flat.We have even payment as rent throu rpad but cheques are not deposited in bank for clearing.I need a advice how to save the said house.
