Wife and in-laws harassing me to apply and give divorce

MPS Ramani a marriage between a Hindu and a non Hindu can't be performed under Hindu Marriage Act but can be under amended Indian Marriage Act. Church do register marriage of a Christian and Non Christian. In fact if it is registered in the Church, the marriage is Valid but if it is registered under Hindu Marriage act it is not a valid marriage in the eyes of law.

Thanks for your advice and proper explanation Mr.Viral Shah if she comes back and live with me happily , there will be no problem... but even after two months of her stay at her parents home.. i met her last week , she is still saying that she dont' want to come back... and she is asking for divorce... their parents are not coming forward.... and they are threatening me to give money and divorce.. since i am working in a pvt firm and drawing 25k salary per month... if we go to the court for divorce... i need to pay her money for maintenance.. since i have alredy some debts and responsibility in my hand ... i am afraid of that.. i am unable to take the decision now... that is why i am still requesting my wife to come back... thanks sree
