Wife and in laws harrasment

Dear Friends, My native is Bangalore. After my marriage in Delhi, I took a 2 BHK rent house in Delhi to live and everytthng was fine that time. But after one year of my marriage, my In-laws forced me to shift to their one of the vacant property near their house. They wanted their daughter to live close by so that they can be in control of everything. Initially I refused but I was having no choice so I had to shift to their property. From here all my problems started. After our first baby from wedlock my wife attitude started to change towards my famly. She was more concerned towards her family. My In Laws started to visit us at their own will without even informing. Many times I had to cancel my important appointments. We both were working so my mother took care of our baby from last 2 years. Now I got a Job offer in U.S and at the moment I wanted to shift alone for some time. Now my wife wanted to shift to her father house as she want to live with them when I'm gone. Also she said to vacate the house where we are curently living from last 2 years. My mother dosent want to leave the house without the baby as my wife never took proper care of our child as she was more involved in her office and her own family matters. So my question is Can we stay in the same house. Can they forcibly take any action to make us vacate the house. I dont have any wrong intentions regarding their property but they had left myself and mum with no choice except to occupy the current property. Kindly advice. Regards, Anuj
