Wife cheated , i want divorced

You need to have some concrete evidence that shows some degree proximity of your wife with that guy. It is not easy to take divorce only on the basis of chat etc. Besides that stanmp paper or affidavit from parents is on less importance in such cases as they can easily deny.

The notary, bond papers, agreement papaers do not work in such cases my friend. You should make up your mind very clear and be stern on your approach. Talk to her and set expectations very clearly. You have a small baby and that makes things even more fragile. He will suffer if things go wrong between you both. Don't get into such situation...but be assertive in terms of setting your expectations and understand her expectations too 

First get a DNA check and make sure its your baby. Sorry to be so blunt. 

All this stamp paper and promises are worthless from third parties. If wife is truly sorry, then ask her to sign on a stamp paper with her parents as witnesses along with some common friends as witnesses.  The agreement must say that if she in any way whatsoever again, indulges in any kind of illicit conversations or behavior with male friends, she agrees to give her son to you for sole custody and relinquish all maintenance and other claims, including right to residence.

THIS YOU MUST GET as it is sign that she is truly sorry.

If you have sufficient proofs that your wife is trying to cheat you and you have sufficient material like your wife is planing to meet someone in your absence, it is enough to get the divorce from your wife on the basis of cruelty under Hindu marriage Act and the cruely has very wider space..If the same is proved you will get the divorce without given any alimoney

The trust that is what is the base of our relation. It appears your sentiments and self respect is hurt by some act of your wife .Please get straight to your wife and you can tell her about your displeasures ,and she must rspect the advices you give her. You can talk to the parants of your wife and explain them about your doubts

If you think of divorce that too upon such grounds that is much difficult, instead of investigating and spending your life for colection of proofs to divorce better is to mend your life and fix the issues now and live normal peaceful life.

As per chat posted by you thats nathing to get it fix that, you should ask for divorce, till now matter is under control and can sorted out compleetly, but if you really dont want to continue with her then some time letter you might be find somthing which can help you get the divorce, this my personal suggestion you should consult with a good lawyer who can guide you positivly instead of invoke for seperation as you have baby who need love and care by both of you.

Yes, you can get divorce.   But please talk to your wife, do not tell her that you hv got documentary proofs.   But tell her that she would not b hapy with her boyfriend as the childwont treat him as his father and chld's ;ofe wll b ruined
