Wife claims in her divorce counter statement that she had funded the purchase of a farm land , entirely. Where as i have the proof that the fund is being withdrwan enitirely for the stamp value from my SB account on the same day of registration of the land. Can she still claim..?

She will have to prove the same. You deny her contention and prove that you have bought it with your own money.

She may try to prove that the money you had in SB account is given by her.

She was unemloyed at the time of land purchase , which can be proved.

Wife had executed a "Liberation Deed" from her family during our marriage , and duly registred, and then only the marriage was conducted. Did not take any Dowry or Sreedhan from her side. She did NOT bring any money from her parents side.
