u can withdraw RCR anytime.
filing of 125 by wife has nothing to do with ur RCR.
RCR is a futile utility.

if you want her back then continue RCR .at what stage is RCR ? if your wife donot join you even after rcr decree.then she is not entitled for any maintainance under 125.but if you wants divorce then file it after withdrawing RCR,stating that as she filed a criminal case against you so you wants divorce.regards

RCR will also help in trial it will not preclude you from arrest as the offence is cognizable and non bailable
