And during trial if she is found Guilty then what will be judgment?

Case never becomes null and void, whether the case would be decided in her favor or dismissed is the only question. That depends on what she is found guilty of and whether any of her other grounds she is able to proce.

2>    If she get divorce, then is she is entitled for any kind of maintenance?

Yes and No. Depends on many factors, one of them being her own capacity to maintain herself.

3>    Dose Husband has right to file a case against her, since the previous case has spoiled his social respect & also made some financial loss?

During trial if wife found guilty,then 

ans.1 she divorce decree is not null and void.Divorce is final.

ans.2 If any proofs against wife then there is very less chances that she will get maintenance.so, she doesnt get what she demanded in her application .Right my friend ?

ans.3 rubbish question.It depend upon the true facts if you have any strong proof against wife about guilty  what ever you havent said here file defamation case.

aur vase bhi divorce hone ke baad social respect ye sub kutch importance nahi rakhta he.sooo be cool better to skip 3th option .
