Its a heart breaking situation for every husband w.r.t cheating wife. She is a Narcissist. she fulfills whatever criteria list down under narcissist personality disorder, its a mental disorder, not curable. So its impossible to expect change in her behaviour. No trust, No understanding, No marriage. So i decided to go for divorce.
