I see that there has been a lot of discussions on this topic that a bill is proposed that if passed then will cut husbands property in half if divorced. I started searching for it and people talk about Marriage Amendment Bill 2010. However, I see that the bill has 9 pages and nowhere I found any reference in the bill that says that the respondent wife at the time of divorce would get 50% of share from husband's property. Can someboyd exactly point out how this is derived cause I do not have a clue how to understand it.
